Application

All potential tenants must fill out a rental application and submit a color copy of their driver's license or passport ID. If you are a student in school please have a sponsor/parent fill out the parental guarantee. Ath Best Rentals can not approve a potential tenant until a qualified tenant or sponsor is submitted. The application fee is $60. This fee covers all three background checks. Payment must be received before application can be processed. Application fees are non-refundable. Please verify the property you are applying for is still available. Please note: no applications will be processed until all the roommates' and appropriate sponsors' applications have been submitted. Ath Best Rentals works on a first come, first serve basis. Only after all the appropriate applications have been received, will a property be removed from the market. We show 7-days-a-week by phone appointment.
