Ath Best Rentals is a small “hands on” locally-owned company with some of the nicest and cleanest apartments in Athens. Most of our properties are in the “Golden Triangle” area, the NICEST and most coveted part of town!

We specialize in very nice 1 bedroom apartments located in the Prestigious 5 Points ( 1 block to UGA campus! ) and in the Historic Pulaski Heights ( 1 block to downtown! )

We only handle 29 units (not 200-900+) and so our customer service is second-to-none! We offer what the Big Guys can’t or won’t: clean units, quiet neighbors, safest areas, energy-efficient units, 7-days-a-week customer service, GOOD landlord!

We cater to Adult tenants including: graduate students, UGA faculty, professionals, and retirees. To help keep our units very clean and odor-free we don’t allow pets or smoking… Sorry.
